There has been more than one question regarding Colbie's sexual orientation on this website and the answer has not been proved nor disproved. I would like to share a bit of insight with you. Colbie Caillat had a performance at a "Private Event" 04.05.08 according to her MySpace page (www.myspace.com/colbiecaillat) and oddly enough, according to her official website (www.colbiecaillatmusic.com), there were NO performances on that date. I know for a fact (because I was there and have tons of pictures and video) that Colbie did play at an event on Saturday the 5th. The event is called Dinah Shore Weekend (You can go to www.thedinah.com for additional proof that she was there). What Dinah is can be explained very simply... It's a LESBIAN-FEST. Several thousand lesbians from all over the world (yes world) come to this event that has now been tagged as the "Largest Event for Lesbians in the World!" Now, the question is... WHY didn't she just make it known where she was performing that night on MySpace and WHY did she not even put that performance date on her official website. I will not give you my answer but I will say that there are a few ways to look at this. 1) She is a lesbian (or bisexual) and is afraid to come out of the closet because it may or may not jeopardize her fame and popularity right now... or... 2) She supports equal rights and loves us gays although she's not quite in a spot in her celebritism to come out and tell the public she supports gays. 3) She just wanted to be loved and she knew she'd get a lot of attention showing off her cleavage at a lesbian-only concert. 4) She was booked to play there before she became a huge hit and she couldn't back out of it. I'm sure there are many many more ways to look at this situation but I guess we'll never know the truth.
