Protect your desk, printer stand or work surface by placing an old newspaper in front of or next to the printer. Then push the lever back down that you lifted in Step 3. Close the printer door. Use paper towel or wet wipes to clean any ink from your hands.

Not too mention lasers tend to not move as much as inkjets so they therefore, in my opinion, tend to receive less wear. I have an HP printer myself and like it very much. Trying to find the absolute lowest cost per page printer would be a lot of work, so I wrote this instead to try to provide at least a little insight to help anyone looking to buy a printer. Also remember, you get what you pay for. Also, the cost of 4 inkjets will run you about $100 give or take sales tax, while an $80 toner cartridge which has the same yield of about four combined inkjets, will cost you about $20 - $30 less.
