Conception Dates

"Conception" means you're pregnant. Do you mean day of ovulation?

Actually, some women (myself included) may have cramps after intercourse. This usually only happens between the time you ovulate and your period starts (so, if you have a 28 day cycle, post-coital cramps will occur between days 14 and 28 of your cycle). I remember I got these terrible cramps after having sex, and I thought the same thing. But I did a bit of Googling, and it turns out post-coital cramps happen to a few women.

Cramps usually happen after sex because sex and orgasm can cause uterine contractions.

If you are certain you are not pregnant, there is a possibility of a urinary tract infection as this can result in brown discharge. Another possibililty is a yeast infection or your being is about to arrive.

It all depends on a woman's cycle. Is she is in a 28 day cycle, a 30 day cycle, a 23 day cycle. Also depeneds if the baby was a full term baby. You can conceive and have a baby in 7 months to 9 months. Some cases even less time. So there's many factors missing to give an answer.

Although it could have been either of these dates, it is most likely the 24th of August because usually ovulation occurs 14 days after the first day of your period. The 24th is closer to 14 days.

Roughly June 19th, give or take a few days. However, it is difficult to accurately say when a conception date is. Therefore I suggest you talk to your doctor, midwife or obstetrician about it for more information.

If this is your first time getting pregnant, your doctor will give you a due date of 10 months after you are declared pregnant. So, if you find out that you are pregnant in February, your doctor will give you a due date of the upcoming December. Now if you deliver after that date, something is definitely wrong. Go to the doctor QUICK! Your due date is likely to be around the end of October through November.

I will assume you are talking about December 25th 2010. It depends whether December 25th was actually your due date or not. If it was, it makes your estimated conception date April 2nd 2010. However, this could be wrong by a couple of days.

additional to the question it just doesn't make sense to me,my last period was february 14th i usually have a 30-35 day cycle but according to all these websites i ovulated way before i would have sex and to my knowledge an egg only lives for upto 24 hrs after its realeased so how am i pregnant? according to my due date my last period should have been the 26th of february which that's a negative i had it on feb 14th. so i guess my question is did i get pregnant on the 11th a couple days before my next period or on the 6th?

I'll assume that you're talking about 19th February 2012. If so, your estimated conception date is May 28th 2011. This date is give or take a few days though. It also depends on the length of your normal menstrual cycles.

August 25th 2010? It would make your conception date roughly December 1st, give or take a few days. However, it is difficult to accurately say when a conception date is. Therefore, I suggest talking to your doctor, midwife or obstetrician about it.

I will assume you are talking about November 23rd 2011. If so, it makes your estimated conception date March 1st 2011. This date is give or take a couple of days though. It also depends on when you ovulate.

I went to http://www.intmed.mcw.edu/clincalc/pregnancy.html and put in Aug 5th as your last period and it shows conception occured on August 19th. Remember, sperm can live in a womans body for 5-7 days. So the sperm could have been from sex up to a week before that day. This is also based on a 28 day cycle, so add or subtract days depending on how long your cycle is.
