I will assume you are talking about April 20th 2011. If so, that makes your estimated due date January 11th 2012. This date could be out by a couple of days though. It is also worth noting that babies are rarely born on their due date!

January 25th 2011? Your conception date would be roughly May 3rd, give or take a few days. However, it's difficult to accurately say when your conception date was. I suggest speaking to your doctor, midwife or obstetrician to get a better idea.

yes by knowing the length of your menstrual cycle you count from the first day of your last period. It is highly unlikely to know the EXACT day you conceived, because a woman can ovulate anytime, even when menstruating. It is hard to tell when you are ovulating unless you have a fertility monitor. But you can get a round about conception date. Yes it is possible. Ovulation kits can give you 24 hour notice of when you are going to ovulate.

It depends on when your U/S was done. I had an U/S to date my last pregnancy, because I was not having periods due to birth control. My baby was small for gestational age and so the U/S showed him due later than he actually was. BY over 3 weeks. An ultrasound done before 12 weeks is accurate to within 2 or 3 days. After that it becomes less and less accurate as your pregnancy progresses as obviously some babies grow bigger and faster than others.
