Well i guess that its u that's smoking weed. I myself am boarderline, (first diagnosed as bipoler) its all bullcrap. anyways to your question.

i myself took medication starting from 15, (im 17 now and don't take any more medication), i was on all kind of anti-depressants. I can tell you from experience and talking to alot of Dr's that smoking weed will affect you differently if you are on anti-depressants. of course it really depends on how high of a dose. But if the Prozac makes you feel different anyways, then really, do not smoke weed with it. heres why:

I noticed that when i take anti-depressants and smoke weed, i get alot more of a happy feeling than JUST smoking weed. (but hold on, that's the only good part about this combination)

i noticed that the heart beating and nausea increases ALOT when combining the two, which cannot be good. You will find yourself also eventually throwing up after weed sessions too. As a frequent pot smoker myself i will tell you this; weed is addictive and ****s up your tollerence. that's why you are gunna be finding yourself (i dunno how old you are but) finding yourself need to smoke two bowls instead of one to get high like u used to. and so on. With alot of weed in ur system, the anti-depressants wont work properly and will cause you mood swing, TRUST ME on this. i know what im talking about. Ive seen it happen to myself

MY adivice is, lay off the anti-depressants man. it took me 3 years to understand that Dr's just make their money by saying you are BIPOLAR or whatever and will perscribe you anything for them to be secure about you not killing yourself. i bet if ur Dr knew you smoke weed he would have not given you medication or he would have kindly asked you to lay off the haze a bit for you to take ur meds... tell your dr you smoke weed, tell him EXACTLY how you smoke, how much (about) and what feeling u get when ur not on meds and smoking weed and vice versa.

he will know then what to do. but if you ask me, just tell the Dr. you don't wanna take anymore meds, and he will lower the dose for you himself (slowly) do NOT attempt to do this yourself. just don't

If you are bipolar, (i don't know your story) but if you are then weed is the best medication. The Prozac gives you more side affects than weed (depending on dosage and your weight).

to answer your question finally (sorry im kinda baked) you are hurting yourself yes by combining the two. choose one of them and go with it. Do like i do:

if you choose weed, tolerence is a piece of crap. So you have to be cautious. when you smoke weed make sure everything you need to do in that day is done, all important things done. check. then you smoke and it will feel alot better when you reward yourself with weed. That's what bipolar, depressed, boarderline, etc or whatever should be doing.

not smoking everyday, now that's hard. Buts its possible. What i do is smoke one day, smoke the next (maybe if im stressed out) then take a break between like 1-2 days,

I've heard that it is rare. Although, I have become depressed from it after taking it each day. A few hours in I feel a little weird, and then I think bad thoughts I would never normally think of, say, my girlfriend cheating on me. I would always think negative thoughts and it really effected me. I would not want to do anything, I was sad and angry. I highly suggest either switching medication or stop the use of them completely.

In cases such as mine and quite a few people i know it does cause depression, about an hour or two after taking my meds i start to feel drowsy and i cant really smile and i don't talk much most people notice this difference as im usually quite a happy hyper person, i would advise anyone who considered taking it not to, and also although it is amazing for reducing your apetite i wouldn't take it just to lose weight as i have done in the past.

Are you dumb? No this drug is more valuable in its pill form. Its a perfect study tool. If anything he is selling it. That or cutting the pill in half where its down to its two components to just eat the part that helps you focus. You get a stronger dose for a shorter time. Its not that dangerous as long as he sticks with his normal dosage. Another way to take it is to snort it, but that doesn't work as well.

The only possible thing I can think of is maybe the home test was defective in some way. It's not unusual for a home pregnancy test to show a false positive, so one could only assume the home drug test could do the same. I would buy another one and try again... If it comes up positive and you are 100% sure you haven't smoked or ingested it in anyway, go to a drug test facility to have it sent to a lab for analyzing.

After googling a couple of things, I've come across several meds that may cause a false positive in a drug screen so it is possible that is what has happened in your case... So again I suggest getting a lab to analyze a sample to get true results and also mention to the lab tech. exactly what meds you are on.

Well, three: home drug tests aren't known for their stellar accuracy.

First of all, prescription drugs should never be crushed and snorted, especially those for ADD or ADHD. These medications are made to be absorbed over a long period of time and when you break them up, they release medication that was supposed to be relased over a 12 hour period. Think of is this way: how many beers would it take someone to stay drunk for 12 hours? A lot, right? Now what happens if someone drinks all of these in one hour? It is extremely easy to overdose this way.

Concerta actually does NOT need to build up in your system. As stated above, it releases medicine for 12 hours, and is then out of your system. Concerta is a stimulant, so you don't really want that building up in your system.

Concerta does work right away, just like rittalin. You can snort them but if they are time released they will hurt your nose. I've known people who have use vaporizers to smoke concerta, which would make it hit you even stronger than snorting it. Concerta and Adderal both inhibit some of the dopamine from being thrown away.

Its the same type of buzz, but it is diffrent. For example You get hungry on Concerta but that doesnt happen on adderall. But in general its the same speeded up happy feeling. But dont sniff the whole pill peel of the outside layer then just sniff the white and pink part also you need to peel off the clear film from around the pill or it will be all gunky in your nose. DO THIS AT UR ON RISK.

OMG please detox ur son this is insane and whoever prescribed ALL that medication for a 9 year old should have their license revoked. You know your son the best do research on your own. Children at 9 years old cannot tell you how they feel exactly so do not overmedicate and make things worse. I have been there and had those drugs shoved down 0y throught with 2 documented suicide attempts on strattera bc was overmedicated....only to find out after years of ME telling psych. it was something else and finally at 23 I was diagnosed with bipolar and the psych said that all those years of the wrong medications worsened my symptoms......please do your research and get ALOT of other opinions..its ur child's life and sedating them doesnt make it better. There are many resources out there that can help without the medication. It just takes time. This adhd medications and diagnosis's are used so much bc ppl don't want to take the time it takes tp figure out what is going on. Do not 3et the doctors decide. You Take charge in your child's mental health, don't leave them up to the "system" you know your child best. And ask alot of questions.....always.

I have been taking it for two years now. It is now at the point where the benefits of it are less and less. After the first peak I want to die. I have got caught stealing a few times now and won't again but could imagine someone stealing for the first time on it. After the first peak is over the only thing that works for me is walking a long, long time. I would take him off it. Even though it is prescribed by a doctor it isn't that complicated of a drug.

Any drug or situation that bears enough resemblance to past LSD experiences can trigger flashbacks. A song can do that as well. It is a misconception that this would happen spontaneously. It is also not true that LSD flashbacks or flashbacks in general are horrible experiences by definition. It is nothing more or less than an extremely vivid remembrance of a past experience, so vivid that it were almost as if you were back there.
