Wear ALL bright colors. And layer it. Try not to repeat colors, make them all different. And don't match.

The two guards are wearing khaki uniform with dark trousers and a lighter coloured top. Their unifromity helps to emphasise the prisoners isolation. The officers wear camoflaged hats for one of their dance/duets together which help to portray their job as the guards over the convict. The costumes are therefore basic but effective as it is simple to distinguish the characters and depict their various emotions while allowing freedom of movement.

Here's one way I know how.

Get two dresses. One should be shorter length, have a looser fitting bodice (blousy?), be lower waisted, and have sleeves or go up to the shoulders. The other should be very lightweight, have a higher waist (empire?) and either have straps or be strapless.

Alter the short dress by putting snaps or velcro on the shoulder seams (as well as the sleeves on the top if you have sleeves). Put that dress on first, with the bodice undone and hanging down.

Put on the longer dress, then carefully roll or pleat the skirt fabric until you can pack it into the bodice of the first dress. Pull up that bodice and close snaps or velcro. The skirt fabric of the second dress should be so sheer that it will fit without making you look too bulky.

When you're ready, you can do this quick change within a tube of fabric, behind a quick backdrop, or if you're a dancer, by releasing the shoulder catches and twirling

Most synthetic fabrics do not wrinkle easily. Synthetic fabrics have the capacity to hold more loads.This is called Tensilestrength .

Well, the Cyrax armor from both the video game series and movies are actually BMX/Motocross armor spray painted with a polish. The only customizing is at the headgear. So first you need to go about finding BMX and Motocross stores to find the choice armor. After you need to buy a BMX/Skate helmet. The helmet is the crown, or base, of your headgear. The vines coming from their head could be hoses or plastic tubes, whatever you want, sprayed black and glued on.

Once you have everything you just spray paint. That covers the armor.

The helmet is the tricky part. You need to find or make a template of the helmet and make a cardboard layer you can cutover. From there polyester or resign molds can be used to make the helmet itself. Once that's finished you add some color and you're good to go.

Like I said.

The armor is easy to make, truly. If you find the right guy, you can even show the clerk at the store a pick of their armor and they might have the exact or similar model. The helmet will take some pro work though. Either try for yourself or find a place which can make molds of that form for you. You may even be able to order one custome online.

If you live in Newcastle you might find it hard to find somewhere selling fancy dress costumes. You would probably be better off ordering online.

Nylon is a synthetic material (means the fibers its made of are mainly a type of plastic), and cotton is a natural material. It's better to wear a cotton shirt on a hot day because it breathes (air can get in and out of the fabric), whereas the chemical makeup of nylon keeps the air from moving through the fabric. Basically, cotton will keep you cooler on a hot day than nylon will.

Wear all black -- black shirt, black leggings -- put on black ears, draw whiskers with black eyeliner, put a black tail in the back of your pants.

All you need is black fabric for the dress, (should be high cut, and about knee length, with no sleeves) black tights, and white Mary Jane shoes. The wig should be black with bangs, and medium- long.
