Danny Phantom
Danny Phantom was a show created by Fairly OddParents and T.U.F.F. Puppy creator Butch Hartman, which ran from 2004-2007. This show is about a clumsy 14-year-old freshman attending Casper High School, who suddenly acquires ghost abilities after a freak-lab accident in his home. Now, with the help of his friends, Tucker Foley and Sam Manson, he must protect his hometown of Amity Park from evil spirits, all while trying to fit in with the crowd and finish school.

As a matter of fact, no matter what "Danny" you are refering to he is not in as there is no Danny in the game. I've actually read that the producer of Danny Phantom was overspending his budget, so they then had to cancel the show.
Right after Nick renewed Butch for a two year contract he started overspending the budget. First he switched to a much more expensive form of animation that was costing almost double what the old animation cost.
Then he started hiring voice actors without Nick's consent.
Then when Reign Storm was put in production he over spent the budget by over 20,000 dollars
He asked the executives for 2 million dollars for advertising Ultimate Enemy. They gave him the money on the grounds that it would take in over 5 million in the GBA game and Burger King toys. But after paying royalties to THQ and Burger King Nick only made under 50,000. Nick was getting fed up with DP costing so much so they said if BH got merchandising rights he could continue the show. He tried several companies, but word had got around of DP's marketing failure so they all turned him down.
Nick couldn't get him out of his contract so they agreed to let him finish seasons 2 and 3. But they stopped airing episodes frequently and gave it little to no airtime unless there was money invested.
And that is the reason Danny Phantom was cancelled.
And if you are wondering why FOP was renewed, its because they use an incredibly cheap form of animation that costs less than 1/4th of what DP costs and FOP makes millions in merchandise.
And Butch Hartman only worked on ONE Season 3 episode!!!!
What happens in the episode Memory Blank in Danny phantom?
In Memory Blank, Danny, Sam, and Tucker receive an invitation to Paulina's Quincenera (Paulina only invited them because she noticed Danny Phantom seems to be around Danny Fenton, so if she wants Danny Phantom to come to her party, she has to invite Danny Fenton and his friends also). Sam, however, decides not to go, and reminds her friends of their earlier plan of spending that evening at the movies. Danny and Tucker finally convince her to go, and when they walk away, Sam says she will go unless something bad happens to Paulina. Meanwhile, Desiree hears and misunderstands her, and sets off to hurt Paulina. Throughout the day, Danny fights off the ghosts Desiree sent, and each time he defeats them, he realizes they each say Sam's name. He becomes suspicious that Sam somehow is involved in the ghosts coming after Paulina, and confronts her. She says she doesn't know anything about it, and they get into a fight. As Sam leaves she says, "Sometimes, Danny, I wish I had never met you!" Desiree hears the "wish", thus wipes Danny and Tucker's memory of ever meeting Sam (Sam remembers since she was wearing the Specter Deflector, thus Desiree's powers didn't reach her). Sam realizes what happened, and tries to get Danny to listen to her. He finally listens to her after some ghosts try to attack Paulina. First, Sam helps him get his powers back (since Sam was the one who persuaded him to go into the ghost portal). She puts the DP emblem she had created earlier in the episode on his chest and tells him to go inside the portal. Danny becomes half ghost again, and they go to attack Desiree. Danny, however, doesn't know how to use his powers or the fenton thermos since he "just" got his powers. Sam realizes that Desiree has to obey all orders, so she wishes things were back to the way they were before, and that no one remembered of this except for Danny, Tucker, and her. Desiree is forced to grant Sam's wish, and everything is back to the way it was. Danny decides not to go to Paulina's Quincenera after all, and keeps his promise of going to the movies with Sam. At the end of the episode, the two share a cute crush moment.
