Hard to say, if he's not telling you straight out that he likes you then there is a lot of room for interpretation. Subtle hints about love can help convey it. If you like him then try to analyze what he says or does closely and even give him subtle hints

I asked this question and this is because she has ; almost broken my wrists (3 times), winded me, punched me in the stomach, pinched me with her nails, pulled my hair so hard it felt like she was pulling all of it out, bent my fingers back and slapped me continuously.
