It depends what the situation is and also if you're a boy, then hes just trying to be friends with you. If you're a girl, then you just got a guy that likes you. BUT... if the guy that touches you like harasses you, tell an adult because that's just nasty. If the boy that touches you touches you with pain (pinches you or punches you) then also tell an adult. If the guy that touches you with romantic emotions and smoothly rubs your hips and waist, then heck be his girlfriend because most boys are very shy to do that but if hes smart, cute looking or popular, then be with him.

He'll start finding anything that he can to complain about. He'll suddenly stop holding any meaningfull conversation with you. If you two were very sexually active you may notice a drop in that. It depends on where you are, and what situation you are in. For example, if you are on a date and there is an awquard silence, then the best thing to do is to ask him about his day, or something that you can both relate to. Don't ask him something you have no interst in.

It truly is unfair that some young men have to guess whether a young woman is interested in them. Women for centuries have been noted to send off wrong signals to men. While the women could be flirting for his attention or playing hard to get it is often misconstrued by the man that she isn't interested in him. Since I can't see how she reacts around you I suggest you take one deep breath and go ask her out. She will either accept or not. For one, he is at a much more advanced stage of life and is also going to be around people that are more mature and will most likely have friends around that are in their twenties. A sixteen year old girl needs to stay a kid as long as possible and not be pressured or encouraged to grow up too fast. There will be plenty of time for dating whoever she wants when she gets older - and is an adult. At this age parents need to be parents and not allow this to happen.

Well i had the same problem a couple of months ago. This guy i knew had really liked me but i didnt like him back. I tryed for weeks to get him if my back but he wouldn't budge.
