Depends if you want to use an "Energy shield" build which tanks A LOT more than vitality, but you really need top of the end gear, if you want to use an ES Sorc, use this build.

You need 105fcr with this build if you cant find a 20fcr ammy forget the fcr ring and use 2x soj and a maras and you'll get 75fcr which hits the 63fcr bp

This is for Energy shield, you tank about 5 hammers in PvP, however your blizzard damage is about 10k with this gear; on a vitality sorc you can hit 18k but you will die in 2 hammers or so, you tank 2.5x more on es sorc.

Stat build: Str - Enough str so you got 156 with ALL items equipped Dex - None Vitality - 75 Points Energy - Rest

Skills: Ice blast - 20 Blizzard - 20 Cold mastery - 20 Telekenesis - 20 (Energy shield pre req.) Energy shield - 5 Ice bolt - Rest of your points

Vitality is basically the same just put all points into vitality, substitute Frostburns for Magefists, you only need a 10fcr/2sorc amulet, and use 2x Bul kathos ring, rest of the gear can be the same.
