Not necessarily. Another option is the ostomy bag. Doctors basically the organ pathways involved in order for waste to empty out of a designated spot of the body where an airtight, watertight bag can be attached (and removed to be rmptied).I would imagine today most would pick that option over diapers.

Some do, but it is generally frowned apon by those not into nappys. I've done it and it's fun but people look at you funny

pampers diapers absorb the most liquid!!!it also all depends on the size of the diaper.

Swim diapers are not waterproof.

They are manufactured without the SAP (super-absorbant polymer) that makes most modern diapers swell up and hold a lot of liquid.

A super absorbant diaper would become very large and heavy if worn while swimming.

I'm an Alabama All State NCAA wrestling champion and I'll be honest, you can wear a cup but it's not suggested because it can affect certain movements and it can actually hurt you more than help.

I always wear a jockstrap and cup for EVERY sport. I play baseball, football, and hockey, as well. For wrestling I wear a soft cup brief that does not interfere and is also relatively unnoticeable if that bothers you. The soft cup is nice since it is flexible but also protects you.

I agree with the previous poster in that I also wear a cup and jock for every sport whether required or not. I feel it gives me the confidence and edge to play all-out without having to worry.

I have been wrestling since age twelve. My first coach insisted that we wear a cup and I have ever since. I am now a senior in H.S. It gives me a peace of mind. I have friends who wrestle and do not wear one and they have been injured.

I have been wrestling since 11 and on my first wrestling practice the first thing I asked him was if we had two wear a cup and he said that it is not needed. But if you want to wear one then that's your choice.

I am a senior this year and no one wears a cup on my team. Most everyone wears briefs. And yeah you can get hurt there. Freshman year I was in a tournament and got hit there. I took my medical but had to forfeit. It hurt so bad I couldn't continue.

In most cases a cup would create an unsightly bulge in a wrestling singlet, and cups are generally never worn, except perhaps by one organ athletes. Not to say they wouldn't come in handy, as it seems in every tournament you will witness at least one victim curled up on the mat clutching his groin.

I have to admit that yes I did wear a cup for wrestling (as well as for every sport). Like a previous post stated, it gave me the confidence to go all out in whatever I did. That said, it certainly wasn't common to wear a cup for wrestling.

It is a very sickening thing you enjoy, no doubt about that. But please, do NOT seek therapy. That doesn't do any good. A therapist cannot prevent you or stop you from doing anything you enjoy. Only YOU alone can make the decision to change. In other words, do you want to change? Then make the change. Do you want to stay the same? Then stay the same.

If you need/want a diaper to handle fecal incontinence start with good quality "Fitted Brief" type diaper (like a baby diaper only bigger). I have learned over my life that a good quality diaper is 10 times better then a poor quality diaper, so the cost is well worth it. When I have an emergency and have to buy any of the brands of diaper that are in stores, I end up needing 5 or 6 in a day. When I buy something like Dry 24/7 or Abena from a medical supply company, I need 2 a day. So they may cost more, but in the end you use alot less, and have less accidents. I buy from xpmedical.com

Not usually, but some do. Although some children do have serious bladder problems or are disbaled so they are required to wear a diaper so that they do not wet themselves. It would usually be a huge embarrassment for a teen to wear a nappy of some kind.

I am pretty sure that some hikers around the world though use daipers so that when they are hiking they do not have to stop to use the toilet and can just go in their pants and then empty it once a day or whatever.

The school my son does for certain students. Some students get put on a thing called lavatory restriction and have to wear a diaper rather than using the bathrooms.

Not that I have ever seen. Maybe stores like "Dollar General" , i.e. stores that sell thing cheap, but not just for a dollar. Formula and diapers are just too expensive to start out with to end up on a true "dollar store" shelf.
