What is a blood sugar crash?

It is when your blood sugar goes very low.

It may not go low enough for you to actually faint but can make you feel weak as a kitten. Other symptoms include but are not restricted to:

Short temper

Spots in front of the eyes

Shakiness

Sweating for no obvious reason

An overwhelming desire to complete whatever you are currently doing (seriously, it's weird like that!)

Adrenaline gets released when sugar levels drop and this can prompt the liver to start producing it's own glucose - hence high levels can often follow a really severe low.

None of these symptoms should be taken as a definite indication of low blood sugar in themselves: they have to be backed up by a blood sugar test. Test kits can be obtained from most, if not all, chemists for a really reasonable price. Continually low or high results need inspection by a doctor! Obviously! And if you're at all concerned then see a doctor anyway. The test for dodgy blood sugar levels is so simple these days that no medic can begrudge you!

Which organs are involved in elimination?

Excretory System OrgansOrgans that compose the excretory system are those involved in removal of wastes from the body. They include the kidneys, sweat glands, lungs, and rectum, but their primary organs are the kidneys.

A Broad Opinion That Includes Several Organ SystemsThere are several organ systems that are involved in the process of excretion; the pores of the skin that excrete oil and sweat, the lungs which excrete carbon dioxide, the rectum via the anal canal and anus that excretes feces, and the urinary tract which excretes urine via the urethra. An Opinion That Considers Only the Urinary SystemSome anatomists consider the kidneys as the only excretory organ. The filtration of wastes is conducted by nephrons in the renal cortex in special chambers called Bowman's capsules (There are about 1.25 million of them in each kidney) that create filtrate. After the body reabsorbs water, glucose, sodium, and other important products, the remainder is called urine and is collected in the renal medulla. It takes about 25 gallons of blood filtered by the kidneys to produce one day's worth of urine. That is a ratio of about 100 to 1.From here the remaining filtrate (urine) it enters the renal pelvis (a chamber) which leads to the ureters, the bladder, and finally the urethra which allows the urine to be excreted outside the body.
Kidneys, lungs, bowel, skin.

Since you've said organs, I'd have to include skin; however, keep in mind that, although it doesn't seem like it, but the skin is made of many glands and receptors (detectors) alongside other parts: the pores of the skin which excrete sweat produced by sweat glands can be considered the excretory parts.

What is the relationship between bile ducts and hepatic ducts?

The "hepatic ducts" carry bile through the liver to the junction with the "cystic duct" (which flows both ways to the gall bladder). The final connection to the intestine is through the "common bile duct". So that while "bile duct" can refer to any of these tubes, the more specific "hepatic duct" refers to the tubes directly from the producing glands in the liver. (see related link)

Why is it necessary to digest the food?

To break up the food that you eat so it does not stay in you.

What time should you stop eating foods?

The best time to stop eating to not gain weight is about 7 or 8 pm. I have also heard just to try to stop eating two hours before your bed time.

But the best thing to do to not gain weight is to wake up early and eat a well balanced breakfast. Eating a good breakfast allows for your metabolism to start up early in the morning and allow for maximum calorie burn throughout your day, so keep that in mind too!

Why are your feces very bloody?

If you have bright red blood, it probably means you have a hemorrhoid or fissure (slight tear in the anus) which has broken open and is bleeding - it will heal without any problem, but breaking open means you need to be sure to get enough fiber and drink enough liquids from now on so you don't get constipated and have hard dry feces that tear your skin any more.

If it continues to bleed, let your doctor look at it.

If you have black, tarry looking blood, that is a serious warning sign and should be seen as soon as possible by a doctor.

Is the digestive system a part of the excretory system?

No, the digestive system includes the stomach, intestines, mouth, esophagus, etc. that have to do with solid foods and wastes. The bladder is in the urinary system which includes the urinary bladder, kidneys, ureters, etc. that have to do with fluid elimination and liquid wastes.

What is the difference between the Ileum and the Duodenum?

Distinguishing feature of the duodenum are the Brunner's glands, whereas the Peyer's patches make the ileum easily identificable. The common bile duct and the pancreatic duct enter the duodenum, whereas the ileum does not receive duct from other organs. Outermost layer of the duodenum is comprised of adventitia as it is located retroperitoneally, while the outermost layer of the ileum is represented by serosa(mesothelial cell are evident). The ileum has also more goblet cells than the duodenum. Duodenum represents major site of iron absorption, while the ileum-B12 absorption.

How long can you live with a ruptured appendix?

There is no answer or equation for this. Each occurrence is specific to many variables. Some people have chronic appendicitis (never any rupture) and some people have only hours. It is important to understand EVERY occurrence is different and there is no answer other than this one.

How the digestive system connect to muscular system?

The smooth muscle in the muscular system helps move food through the intestines in the digestion process. Also the muscles surrounding your stomach assist by churning up food which helps digestion.

What digestive organ releases enzyme?

The pancreas secretes digestive enzymes into the small intestine when food is eaten.

How does a long digestive tract help to digest food?

1. because it is a narrow in some parts and wide in others. Truely Yours JLimson.

2.Your digestive system is likened to a long tube because it consists of the digestive tract, also known as the alimentary tract or alimentary Canal and basically resembles a long tube through which food you have eaten passes. In that tube the food you have consumed gets absorbed and nutrients extracted and used for the energy you need and for building and repairing your bodies' cells. The food gets broken down in each section of the tube as it passes down you, with approximate time period that anything you have eaten is in there beimg as shown in brackets :-

mouth (1 minute),

throat (10 seconds),

gullet (1 second),

stomach (2 to 4 hours)

small intestine (1 to 6 hours),

large intestine (10 hours to several days)

rectum (1 minute to several hours),

The above parts of your body all connected, and that whole connection structure look not unlike sections of a long garden hose.

Then the final stage is your anus which is an extension of your rectum as it passes backwards, it being about 4 centimetres long, and through it your faeces get expelled from your body normally only when you are sat on a lavatory seat. It is opened only during your expelling your faeces from your body at the very bottom of the referred to "tube". At all other times it is kept shut by the muscles of your anus sphincter which can not be controlled voluntary and your external sphincter which can be relaxed at your will for "defecation".

What type of process is involved in the digestion of fats?

First it goes into the mouth, then it goes to the esophagus that takes the food from the mouth to the stomach, then it goes to the liver that puts in juices in the food, then it goes to the stomach, then it goes to the pancreas that produces several digested juices, then it goes to the small intestine that absorbs digested food, then it goes to the gall bladder that stores digested juices, finally it goes to the large intestine and it eliminates the waste.

What name of degestive system?
