Well to stop pain take pain medicines like IBProfien but if you haven't already you should see a doctor because you most likely have an ear infection and need anti-biotics too. Also you can try to put your warm hand over it if you woke up with it and can't fall asleep

if your ears hurt really badly i mean really badly ! when you get your food try to Che it really hard so it makes your ears pop then once they are pop ed then they will not hurt again. If that does not make any different then eat a hard sweat or hold your nose and blow like when you blow your nose on a tissue hope it works !

they could be, but if that is the only symptom you have i wouldn't relie on it. their are lots of reasond you could have ringing in your ears, but often times you can get headaches when your pregnant, and headaches can cause ringing in your ears too, you should get a pregnancy test or go see your doctor. good luck

Most ear aches are caused by a pressure differential between the inner and outer ear. Usually this is the result of fluid buildup from a cold or other nasal infection, and will subside in a few days. Drinking lots of fluids, keeping your head propped up, and applying heat to you ears will help the pressure release. If it does not subside for more than a few days, it could be an ear infection which should be treated with antibiotics.

There are alternative remedies for healing a ear infection. When my son was a baby he got chronic ear infections his first year of life. He was placed on antibiotic after antibiotic. Our last visit to the Dr. he told me that if it didnt clear up he would have to get tubes in his ears and prescribed him a stronger antibiotic. In the treatment room there was a poster on the wall about how antibiotics were being over prescribed for ear infections and was in fact causing them to reoccur. I wonder if the Dr. ever read that poster? With that new knowledge I searched out an alternative way. I decided not to give him antibiotics at all. Instead I gave him a daily dose of cod liver oil, a couple of drops of colloidal silver in the infected ears 3x a day, and dose of colloidal silver orally 3 times a day. I did that for a week and when we went back to the Dr. my son had no sign of an ear infection and he never got one again! If you dont want to take antibiotics search out an alternative. If you dont care either way just take the meds.
