Are depreciations calculated in GDP?
No, depreciations are not directly included in the calculation of GDP. GDP measures the total value of goods and services produced in an economy within a specific period, using either the production, income, or expenditure approach. What happens if you do not meet the reserve when bidding on an eBay item?
Not all eBay listings have reserves set.
If a listing does have a reserve you will see the words "reserve not met" near the top of the listing in the official details and they will remain until such time as the reserve is met, at which point they will disappear.
If you don't see that wording there is no reserve (even though the seller might say that there is in their own description).
When an auction ends and the reserve isn't met, the seller isn't obliged to sell to the highest bidder and can, effectively, withdraw the item. They are able, however, to offer to sell to the highest bidder for the displayed highest bid amount.
The highest bidder is then under no obligation and can accept or decline as they choose.

Love Chiqui Beaute Citrus Happy Hydrating Facial Mask?
I love Chiqui Beaute Mud Masks and Hydrating Masks!!! I got my facial treatments at this medspa and they introduced me this mud mask. First night I used it, my skin felt so soft and my pores are clean like I've done a facial! They had a promotion in the spa, so I also got the Citrus Happy hydrating for free. I alternate the masks, and I have to say, it's super nice feel on my skin. Plus, no preservatives and no parabens, it fits my sensitvie skin.

What do you do if something you buy on eBay never arrives?
You would need to start a "dispute", either through PayPal (if you paid that way) or through eBay's own resolution center.
The seller then needs to prove to PayPal (or eBay) that the item was delivered to you by providing them with an online-trackable delivery number. If they are unable to do that, you should get a full refund of your money.
There are strict timeframes relating to "disputes" - check in the help section of your own local PayPal/eBay site to confirm what those are.

Should you only bid on one item at a time on eBay?
You should only bid on an item on eBay if you really want it.
If you see two or more similar items that you would like, you should only bid on one at a time and not bid on any of the others until the previous auctions have ended.
This is because if you bid on an item and are then outbid by someone else, although common sense dictates that you have lost the item and are free to look for another one, eBay doesn't work like that.
They say that if you have placed a bid and are outbid by someone else you should wait until the auction actually finishes before you go and bid on an alternative because if the person who outbid you subsequently retracts their bid, you could still win the item.
This is confusing and unfair but it is how eBay works.
If you buy wholesale and sell on eBay do you need license?
You are unlikely to need a licence but you will almost certainly need to pay taxes on the money that you earn from your sales. You should contact your local Revenue collection service to check what will apply in your own particular case.
