The last is when he was in a "hurry" and he would mix in print - with capital letters - and even some in cursive.

In 1956 Elvis decided to dye his hair to black as it; framed his face better, showed better in photographs, showed better in the motion pictures (i.e. movies), was more flattering to Elvis' specific look.
