There will be no empire earth 4 as of now. Maybe in the future, but Maddoc Software was bought by Rockstar games. Empire earth 3 ended the series because of it's low reviews and crappy gameplay. Buying Sierra could be the only hope for the franchise, but we don't think they will make another. But if they do, they better keep that EE2 formula with the voice acting and stories of EE1, because we all know its their only real chance.

If you haven't purchased the game and you are just trying to get a free code for a free download or something, this is illegal and i doubt anyone will support you.

A quick search in google didn't turn up many people having problems with it. In general, check the system requirements for the game before buying it, and make sure your video card is supported, you have a fast enough CPU, enough RAM, and Hard drive space. First of all, you need 5 citizens to build a settlement. After building a settlement you must populate all 5 of your citizens inside your settlement. Left click on the populate button (if I remember it is beside the explore button) and right click on the settlement. After all 5 citizens are in the settlement it will immediately become a town center. You can also covert it into a capitol if you populate 10 citizens or more in the town center.
