There really is no "normal player speed". I play with my friend and his is usually 85 or below and mine is always upper 280s.

Reason being - I use a ton of hotkeys along with mouse clicks.

For instance, If I am attacking or somewhere on the map and I want to select my guys building towers at the other side; instead of scrolling to them, scrolling to the map then selecting that part, or even clicking their icon on the bottom of the screen, I simply press the number that i have designated them. If I want to go to that part of the map I press the number 2x and i am there, which saves a lot of time over the course of a 2 hour+ game.

You can use a siege weapon to destroy it using "attack ground". If it is yours you can delete it.

Empire Earth 1 without doubt. The game's a little old and the graphics were good for their time, but the thought put into the game was incredible. Empire Earth 2 put all this territory crap into it where you can only build a certain amount of each building in each territory and the units move like mega blocks (the crappy legos). EE1 is flawless and in my opinion, they should make EE4 exactly like EE1 but with better graphics and a higher pop cap and possibly a first person mode? That would be a cool adventure.

in EE AOC map editor everything below 0 elevation is considered below sea level & therefore under water.

As with most military games AP= Armour piercing and HE= High Explosive. AP is good at punching through most heavy armour (Tanks, APC's etc) while HE is more suited to lightly armoured vehicles (Jeeps, Hummers, Transport vehicles) & buildings. For dealing with infantry you would need HE Frag rounds, or HE phosphous rounds etc for a less concentrated blast radius.

No, there is not official version of Empire Earth I, II or III.

But there is unofficial version of Empire Earth II (Cider port) only for INTEL Macs. This is accomplished by emulating Windows environment with Cider.

Campaign in Empire Earth is best played through trial and error. Using short cuts such as cheat codes are considered by consensus to be unethical and are highly discouraged.

if you spam units long enough from building you get a flag that make it porduce 4x faster for 1/4 the cost. in other words you get 4 bowman for the cost and time of 1 you do the math. its overpowered. if you play on islands win the dock flag first and you most likely win

to make empire earth work under vista, click on the property function of the ee icon on your desk top, choose compatibility, click box, insert xp pack 2, choose administrator previledge and voila! it works :) good luck

I'd go with Empire Earth 3, but that's just me

1.) Rich people/places can use less resources and give/let other people/places that are poor use the resources too.

2.) Everyone can use resources wisely and conservatively.
