Yes, it is normal because you probably just started your period. You are usually irregular for your first 2-3 years then your periods will becoem normal. This may also have to do with if you shave your pubic hair cause blood will only come out if you have tons of hair "down there."

I always wonder the same thing as I am sixteen and 34 AA. It isn't though. Ofcourse alot of girls our age have full C cups or D's and some double D's, but some people are late bloomers. If you are a petite girl like me (5"3 and 97/98 lbs.), then that could explain it but with time they will grow. I'm sure hoping mine grow soon too.

I know you feel more womanly with the bra on and probably never want to take it of, but you must, especially when you go to bed. In fact you do not have to wear a bra at all until you develop an actual cup size. Bras on young girls do help to hide your breasts from guys during the day, which is a good thing, but not when you go to sleep at night.

It's not about how much you weigh. Usually girls will start having periods between the ages of 11 and 15, though it can be as early as 9 or late as 19.
