Hi,
first you have to determine whether it is engine coolant on your floor, or just water.
Engine coolant has a distinctive, bittersweet taste, but don't swallow it as it's poisonous. If it's engine coolant, I would check the heat exchanger in the air-conditioner assembly. When leakage occurs here, it usually shows on the floors inside the car.
If it's just water I would check the gasket around the windshield, the gaskets around the door etc., as well as underneath the car to inspect for holes or other penetrating damage.
Fiat will not perform above idle while in drive bogs down will hardly pull its self?
I have not worked on Fiats, BUT... I have worked on a few American cars with the same issue, and it always turned out to be that there was some kind of obstruction in the exhaust system.
The first case I had this experience with was on an almost new 1958 Pontiac Super Chief with a V8 engine. In this case it was easy to diagnose the source of the problem, as at any throttle setting above an idle the muffler/tailpipe screeched like a jet engine at takeoff throttle setting!!!!!
Investigation revealed that the internal baffle plates in the muffler had defective spot welds which allowed the plates to move backward in the muffler until the plates were "stacked" up against each other. Since the holes in the plates were staggered, when the plates were stacked they severely restricted exhaust flow at any throttle setting above idle.
Later, as Catalytic Converters were installed for pollution control, it was common with engines running way too rich to buildup carbon inside the very tiny passages of the Catalytic Converter. This would limit the exhaust gas flow such that only the idle combustion exhaust gasses could freely pass through.
At throttle settings above idle, the amount of exhaust gas was too great to rapidly pass through the Catalytic Converter, and as the gas flow was retarded "back pressure" built up causing the engine to bog.
Not being familiar with the Fiat, I don't know if it utilizes a Catalytic Converter, and if it doesn't, another possible cause is some kind of blockage of the exhaust system [like a Potato stuck in the tailpipe, or a crushed exhaust pipe, muffler, or tailpipe. Of course, total obstruction of the exhaust system [like a Potato in the tailpipe] will prevent an engine from running at all.
Since your situation allows idling, but not greater throttle settings, I suspect the the cause is major restriction in your exhaust system.

How do you replace rear differential ring gear and pinion shaft 1980 fiat 124?
You will want to grab a factory service manual or a Haynes manual. Haynes is available new, the factory manual may be available electronically, or via ebay or Fiat sites. The general process is straightforward and includes removing the wheels, brake calipers, brake caliper mounting brackets, rotors, and axle shafts. Remove the nut on the front of the pinion shaft, pull the drive shaft yoke off of the front of the pinion, remove the 8 bolts the retain the rear cover, remove the four bolts that retain the two differential bearing caps, remove the caps. Note any shims used to position the differential carrier. Lift out the differential carrier to reveal the pinion shaft. The ring gear just bolts onto the differential carrier, so replacement is simple enough. The pinion likely must be pressed out from the front toward the back. New shims may be needed, so purchase these ahead of time. Also check and consider replacing the bearings, as well as the front seal and the back cover plate seal. This write up is general / typical, but you will want to follow the service manual instructions.

unscrew and lift the cap, and you should see the filter element
you should clean the slot before changing the filter.
For fiat doblo cargo vans the air/pollen filteris at the right handside of the engine cover held with 3 x 7mm bolts these should be removed and top cover can be romoved there after.
