If you've only had him for three days - there's a chance he's still finding his way around his new home ! Think how you'd feel if you'd suddenly been taken from your home to somewhere new.

Can you have more then one crested gecko in the same tank?
Male Crested Geckos (R. Cilatus) are a very terrestrial species. Sided by their solitary attitude, housing two male crested geckos will promote stress for both animals. Males have instincts to "own" territory, if one of an opposite species is present or one of the same sex and same specie, most males will bite, bark, chrip, wrestle, or even shoot snobby looks to one another untill one removes itself or is moved from the situation. This can even in some cases end in death. Crested geckos have great eye sight, and even if males housed in seperate terrariums that are side by side, is close enough to have them "glaring" at one another.
In some cases, studies have shown that males that have not reached maturaty OR that have not bred yet, tend to let these tendancies slide. Once reaching maturaty, or being introduced to a female just once, the males instinct will take over.
