Can you blow on a gerbil if it bits you?
Yes this may happen if you make the gerbil bit you it will go away from the wind because it's cold or hot.
Of course not!
They sleep during the night just like you, and should not keep you up, unless you go to bed early. They know when you sleep, and they sleep whenever they see you sleeping. They also take naps when you are gone. Gerbils love to nap, and they do not usually take deep sleeps though. They sleep when you do, but wake a little earlier.
My point:
Gerbils sleep when you do. They are not nocturnal, but they do nap a bit.

What if your gerbil keeps peeing on your hand when you want to try pick it up why does it do that?
Gerbils who are not accustomed to being handled will urinate and defecate frequently when you attempt to hold them. Fear, unfamiliar surroundings, and the effect of being held are typical causes. Try holding your gerbil for a few seconds several times a day and gradually build up to holding them for longer periods of time. The more often you handle them the less likely they will be to urinate or defecate. Please keep in mind that even when tame gerbils will still have the occasional accident.

Yes, they will become lonely and depressed if they don't have another gerbil. You usually buy gerbils in pairs to stop this problem. And have been together since a young age.
