Sorghum is a grain that is gluten free if not contaminated somehow, perhaps by shared equipment in processing.
While all grains belong to the grass family, sorghum is a distant cousin to the gluten containing grains of wheat, rye, barley, and oats. Sorghum contains a type of storage protein, called a prolamin, just as the gluten-containing grains do, but the sorghum prolamin has different amino acid sequences and is different enough that people with gluten sensitivity don't react to it.
So if you are on a gluten free diet and are interested in using sorghum syrup, or see sorghum on a label, in theory it should be fine.
Indeed. There are three ingredients in Tabasco sauce: Tabasco peppers, vinegar and salt.

Stella Artois Cidre is "naturally gluten free" according to their website. However, it is unclear if it's made on the same equipment as their beer.

Is cooper sharp cheese gluten free?
I contacted Schreiber Foods, Inc., the company that makes Cooper Sharp cheese. The following is the response I received:
We do not intentionally add gluten to our products. However, we do not screen our ingredients to insure they don't have an incidental amount of gluten either. There are times we may adjust a formula and cannot assure the current status will be maintained. Therefore, we do not guarantee our products are gluten free.
We are sorry we cannot provide the assurance necessary to achieve a gluten free status.

Can the gluten protein that causes celiac disease break down either by chemical or heat?
Unlike other conditions such as diabetes, Celiacs cannot supplement an enzyme or chemical to help "break down" the gluten or gliadin (the amino acid within the protein gluten) before it reaches the intestine. However, drug trials are currently underway for a junction-moderating drug produced by Alba Therapeutics to help stop the autoimmune response before it starts. Information on the trials is available at: www.albatherapeutics.com
Gluten is also extremely tenacious, making it difficult for many living with a gluten sensitivity to avoid it in the diet due to "cross-contamination", ie. products that do not contain gluten but are manufactured on equipment that shares processing with gluten-containing products. Gluten also can, ironically, stick to "non-stick" coatings and contaminate gluten-free foods prepared on those surfaces.
Addendum: Gluten cannot be broken down chemically into anything you'd want to eat, and you can burn it black and it will still cause a reaction in celiac or gluten intolerance sufferers.
Also, Alba's experimental drug AT-1001 referenced above is only designed to treat incidental ingestion of small amounts of wheat gluten - it does not and will not allow you to eat regular pizza and pasta if you have celiac disease.
Is woodpecker cider gluten free?
According to all of my research, Woodpecker cider is gluten-free. Along with Magners, Woodchuck, Bulmers (UK brand of Magners), Strongbow and Cider Jack. The only unfriendly cider I have found to date is Hornsby....which does have wheat. I have been a celiac for six years and was a huge fan of beer before my diagnosis. I like some of the gluten-free beers out there (Ramapo Valley, New Grist), however they are extremely hard to find in bars/pubs - not to mention stores! Cider is a nice alternative and since it is available in a ton of bars/pubs/restaurants/stores, you do not have to feel ostracized when you are out and want to have a beer-like drink, especially when you can get it on tap!
Here is what I have read. With Wilton and McCormick there aren't any gluten ingredients but they are not made in gluten-free factories; So there is always a possibility of cross-contamination. However, I haven't read of anyone having cc issues with sprinkles. There are some smaller companies that do label their sprinkles as gluten-free.
Most gravy is not gluten free because of the use of white flour to thicken gravy. There are alternatives to this such as using a gluten free flour or cornstarch to thicken your gravy. There are many recipes for gluten free gravy online, just google it.
