you can not use the drums because there are more pads in guitar hero and you can not use your guitar because one is wireless and the other isn't i don't now about the micerphone

Actually, you can. The Rock Band drums will make it so a pad is taken off when you play. The Guitar will not do anything extra with the solo buttons. The microphone shouldn't change at all.

I spoke with people at GameStop and they said that the guitar hero controllers will work for Rock Band but Rock Band controllers wont work for guitar hero. Havent put this advice to test yet, but I am working on it.

There is a Guitar Hero 5 released on September 1, 2009 for PS2 and other Guitar Hero Games released after the PS2 Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock on October 28, 2007. Just try plugging it into the computer, if it's windows vista it might work because normal 360 controllers work with vista. If it won't work you could probably just find a driver or something from the internet that will make it work. I'm certain there would be something like that somewhere on the internet, the internet has everything.

I myself have band hero on wii and you have to plug the microphone in the back of the wii where the two things are at the top in the back where you plug up the sensor bar and everything and you use it by just using the wii remote and not putting it in the guitar or bass you just click the A button and it will ask you if you want to do karaoke (singing) and everything.

You can't play rock band on the wii, using the Wii remote as a guitar.

You need a PS2 to Wii/Gamecube Controller Adapter and a PSone DualShock. Then, you need to plug in the PS2 to Wii/Gamecube Controller Adapter into controller slot 1, and hold Left on the D-Pad of the PSone DualShock while plugging it into the Controller Adapter.

Then, the PSone DualShock goes into Guitar mode, and you can use R2 for Green, Circle for Red, Triangle for Yellow, X for Blue, and Square for Orange, on the PSone DualShock.

I don't think holding Left on the Wii remote while turning on the Wii remote will make it be detected as a guitar. I haven't tried that so I don't know.
