You will need a lot of bottles of health and at least 4 lives before you go to this round because the Big Spider is hard to fight. Also, after this round, you cannot meet any one in the castle to trade for anything or make extra bottles of Health anymore before you go to the fight the Snake. So it's important to prepare and trade every bean you possess to make a lot of bottles of health before going to this level.

Begin by breaking all the spider nets around the circle and when you break them, prepare to fight with 2-3 small spiders which appear from the main hole. After sacrificing almost half of your health or lives, you will kill it. That's why you need prepare a lot of bottles of health to recover after this battle.

Though it's hard to say how exactly they will do it as Harry is no longer at Hogwarts in the story, so an open-world Hogwarts will probably be excluded. Next to get shrivelfigs: go outside Hogwarts and go to the owlery and you will see a tree you can cast depluso on. Cast depulso on it it a purple thing will appear that is the shrivfrig. Finally go to the charms classroom and beside the kid who wants to play exploding snap there's a black stone. Cast accio on it and go make the potion in the potions classroom. Then return to the girl who's willing to trade her self stirring cauldron.

How 2 Sabotage tower - First you move all the cogs from the right to the left, same order though. Next, go up the stairs on the second floor, till Harry says "I see some spare cogs". Bring then down bye using Wingardium leviosa, then put the spare cogs on the empty right side. If the clock doesn't spin fast, you made a mistake and you have to move the spare cogs around till it does. Then MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!

You may want to try beating all the other creatures around the Whomping Willow to gain levels and more SP and MP, then try fighting it.

Another way is to try drinking some of the potions you found that will replenish your SP and MP, which will make you last longer and you will have a better chance of beating it.

I did get the party punch made for Slughorn's party in Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince. Just keep working. It doesn't matter if smoke develops or not. Pick up the bottle indicated, shake it until it foams, the pour some into to cauldron. Smoke may form. Get rid of it. The next step should be showing. I did this four times to be sure I was doing it correctly. Build up time. Do not shake the bottle too long or it will explode.
