You need a Black Market Item called Apollos Lyre. There you can edit the name of your horse and add images such as crowns, hearts and more.
Once your horse is gelded, you can't undo it.

When you cover your mare on Howrse, the owner of the mare gets to keep the foal.
Do horses age when you log in on Howrse and if so will they die if I don't play with them?
A horse will age when you open its page for the first time each day. After a few days without critical actions such as feeding and grooming, the horse will die. A simple way is to only work certain horses each day if you have too many. Or you can just feed, groom, bed, and onto the next one.

Use a really low skilled and low GPed horse and find a competition with a kitty of only 10. It has to be exactly 10 not 11 or 12. The Showjumping comps are usually able to fill this objective. Happy Howrsing!
