Well, Considering that vicodin isn't meant to be snorted, who knows. Something that will happen despite whether you take it how you should or not would be it killing your liver. You can survive on between a half and a third - assuming that much of the liver is healthy. That doesn't mean you WANT to kill it... Oh and like I said, that's with the assumption you have a healthy liver and you don't even want me to explain the meanings of a healthy one. Chances are, you don't.

It is unwise to begin mixing hydrocodone/APAP with any form of Excedrin, because they both contain acetaminophen. It it has been four to six hours after you have taken Excedrin, then you are following the instructions on the label and are not in any danger.

Excedrin contains 250mg of acetapinophen per pill.

Hydrocodone/APAP can contain anywhere from 325-750mg per pill. The most commonly prescribed dose has 500mg of acetaminophen in it.

You should not take more than 4000mg of acetaminophen in a day. If you are taking it daily, you should not take more than 3000mg. Per dose, you should not take more than 1000mg.

So, how unsafe it is depends on how much you have taken of each medication.

Always read the label, because many, many over the counter medications contain acetaminophen.

if you snort the whole thing, MAYBE.. but i usually just eat about 5 or 6 of em to get a little buzz.. people SAY its really easy to overdose on the acenominophene in them, which is true, but just because you OVERDOSE on something, it doesnt mean you're going to get hurt from it. it takes ALOT of anything to actually kill somebody. so if you're already experienced in poppin pills, just do watchya do :p nothin to worry about just dont take a ridiculous amount lol

Yes, you can. Ibuprofen and Hydrocodone work in different ways. When Hydrocodone is prescribed it is commonly prescribed in combination with acetaminophen (Tylenol), but sometimes prescribed with ibuprofen (Vicoprofen). Hydrocodone is an opioid narcotic that works by blocking opioid pain receptors. Ibuprofen is not a narcotic and works differently to block pain. Many healthcare providers including myself will tell patients to start off by taking ibuprofen (400 mg). If the pain still persists after 30 minutes or so take the hydrocodone. Yes... shows up as opiate's. But if you have to take a drug test and don't want it to show the night before, drink a lot of Dr. Pepper make sure you drink 1-2 20 oz of DR. Pepper thirty minutes before the test. Also and it will show caffeine, and that ingests DR. Pepper and absorbs the codeine.

However, the best advice would be to not take it in the first place, or at least not before a drugs test. (Without a prescription at least..)

Hydrocodone contain in loracet is much more powerful than tramadol, but tramadol if taken it high doses, 250 or 300 mg can cause quite a high..almost equal to maybe 2 lorcets or tabs...i recommend hydrocodone because its easy on the digestive system.

I am not a doctor nor a pharmacist, so my answer is entirely from experience with the two drugs. Naproxen 500 is WEAK in comparison to oxycodone 500. Naproxen if anything is more of a anti inflammatory, oxycodone can get you "high", naproxen not so much.

About ten years ago I took two Tylenol4s on a Saturday and I was pulled for a drug test the next Friday and I tested positive for opiates but I did have a RX for it so it was not a problem. Rootcanal from a dentist.

I am not a Dr but I do know that Hydrocodone 10/325 (for ex) is 10mg Coedine and 325mg Tylenol. Codine has a 1/2 life of about 6 hours.

So if you take one 10/325 Hydrocodone at 6am by noon only about 5mg of Codeine will be in your system.

noon = 5mg

6pm = 2.5mg

12pm =1.25mg

6am the next day even less and even less and so on.

That said if you take 1 hydrocodone on Monday it still might be your urine in 3 days. For me it was almost a week. A week?

On a routine 5 stick urine drug test, definetley NO ........ From my own experimentation due to having a urine test to be able to drive again, Benzos took 18 days to leave my system & test negative, I swapped to zopiclone & am weaning of them to get clean & my urine test still stays negative to Benzos, Hope this is of help to others xx

I Have heard 2-4 days. Apparently, it all depends on a number of factors, ie: weight, frequency and amount used ect.... I have also heard that it does not show up on a standard test and has to be tested for seperately, and the test is expensive. If you only use it once or twice a week, I would try and give 3 days before a test. If you are on randoms, find out when they tell you to test and when the lab is open, and how long you have to drop after they tell you and you might have a nice window on the fri night to get high! If you are in a bind, I hear that the best thing is vigorous excercise and drink lots of water and sweat in the sauna!
