As long as it is not a domestic violence assault you should be able to get one but keep in mind if Iowas anything like Nebraska and you have to apply for a purchase certificate thru the sherriffs department , the sherriffs seem to think that it is at their discretion which in fact is not th case , trust me I know I had to fight it out in Sarpy county one time but in the end I got mine . Are pit bulls banned in Buffalo Iowa?

It is not illegal to own a pitbull in New York City. As you can see from the first two Related Links below, there are many websites offering pitbulls for adoption in New York City.

However, there ARE bans on owning pitbulls in New York City, IF you live in government housing. If you live in a building operated by the NYCHA (New York City Housing Authority) you can't own a dog that weighs over 25 pounds, and Dobermans, Rottweilers, and all Pitbull breeds are banned completely. See Related Link #3.

As for the rest of New York State: according to Related Link #4, New York is the 12th state to prohibit the passing of BSL (Breed-Specific Legislation). Even though New York State has prohibited the passing of state laws that ban people from owning specific breeds of dog, there are still some areas of New York State that have enacted local laws against pitbull owners. In Larchmont, New York, pitbulls are banned outright, and in Yonkers, NY, owning a pitbull requires insurance coverage of $100,000.

Which hand in Iowa do they use to eat the soup they got or the soup they eat or does it matter but what hand do they use to eat in Iowa and what hand is it the left or right?

I live in Iowa and I don't think it matters which hand to use because we are no different than people in any other state. I bet we are smarter than you think. Trust me... we don't all live on farms and we definitely aren't hillbillies. About maybe five out of the hundred people in my grade live on a farm. You need to work on your grammar. Iowans are smart and know that we should capitalize and punctuate our sentences correctly. I hope you are under 8 years of age because otherwise it would be sort of sad.

Sincerely,

A very SMART, sensible Iowan

P.S.- We don't have accents either and we are VERY POLITE!
