Your apps that came pre-installed on the iphone, mail, ipod, calendar, etc., should work anyway. If even these apps don't work, you have a software issue and need to first try rebooting the phone, if that doesn't help connect to itunes and restore phone to factory settings, should take care of the problem. You can restore settings using the phone too in general settings, but do it through itunes so it backs up your phone first. Otherwise you may lose information on your phone.

Plug your iPhone in using USB cable to the computer and it should automatically sync. You can click on your iPhone in the left set of links, it's probably a personal name. Sales numbers are model specific so releasing a new model every year, or every couple months in the case of androids makes them very improbable to reach that status. in my opinion, the most bought phone would probably be the iPhone. But they are very expensive, but definetly worth it! Although the most bought phone might be the Droid RAZR, or the Samsung Galaxy S2, or the Blackberry, etc.

But i LOVE my iPhone 4s (white). Otterbox is a very nice case, if you're looking for protection. But you can buy whatever phone you prefer that fits your lifestyleee.
