in the UK the iphone 4 unlocked 16gb is 499 british pounds and the 32gb unlocked is 599 british pounds in the US the iphone 4 locked by AT&T is $199 and the 32gb locked by AT&T is $299.

The US prices indicate a contract phone price, that is not the same as an unlocked phone. The iPhone 3GS 8GB is $474, the iPhone 4 16GB is $649 and the iPhone 4 32GB is $749 with no contract. :)

It depends. If the iPhone 4 case is for the GSM model (AT&T) then you can put it on, but the ringer slide button will be partially obscured. If the case is for CDMA models (Verizon) then yes, it will fit because when Apple made the Verizon iPhone 4 they upgraded it to be slightly different, and that is the shape all iPhone 4S's are now.

iPhone 4 are very similar in shape with iPhone 4S. If you really want, you can put the iPhone 4S phone into a iPhone 4S case. but it may seems no good in apperance, as they are not exactly same.

Using Recovery Console to replace the System file

At the Recovery Console prompt, locate the config folder by typing:

Create backups of the System or Software files by typing:

copy system <drive:\path\filename>

copy software <drive:\path\filename>

If they exist, save backups of other files that use file names that start with "system" or "software," such as System.sav or Software.sav.

Replace the current System or Software file by typing:

copy ..\..\repair\system

In your iPod Touch Mail settings, try setting your server information as this:

- pop3

- incoming.Verizon.net

- outgoing.Verizon.net

Your email server information should be your Verizon email and password.

Well go to settings and then to safari and you can delete the cache and stuff. but to erase everything go to itunes and restore and select new ipod. There is no official history that you can access. To delete safari history do the above or go to safari, then tap on the book there is history, tap on it, and near the bottom will be clear.
