why many people are against DRM

I did this to my iPod Touch, but I'm pretty sure it's the same with the nano.

What happened was iTunes had me restore the software, basically go back to factory settings. What happens when you do that is you lose all your songs, photos, videos, etc. The iPod will be like new, so you will have to download all your stuff back to it. For me it was easy, because I had all of it saved on my computer. But other than losing all your stuff, nothing else, it's not broken or anything. :P

If you are using a mac, go on Miro. Where the song is, to the right it should say 'show more' with an arrow pointing downwards. Click that. When the menu shows up, click 'show in finder.' Then it will show you the song in your drive, just drag it into Itunes.

On a macbook, open Miro... Click Miro, Preferences, Folders, Change, Admin, (*CLICK THE ARROW ON THE FOLLOWING*) Music, iTunes, iTunes Media... Then click Automatically Add to iTunes, Open... and you're good! You're welcome. Peace

If the setting button does not work and you can, return it or exchange it. If its an old MP3 player it may be time to upgrade to a new one.

Download a software called YouTube to iPod converter (search on google) and then simply copy the URL from the page to the software and click download. Hope it helped

You cannot delete an app as it is downloading. You have to wait for it to finish downloading, and then you can delete it.

When you download a song, sometimes your computer may lose its wireless connecton causing the download operation to fail. When the connection comes back the download process will start again and download the song the rest of the way then a second time for back-up. If you start to import a CD and stop before it is finished then start it again, the songs that were previously imported will remain on your itunes until you delete them.

Oh that's easy if you got the movies from lime wire don't bother there is no possible way to transfer them but if you hav got them from just say you tube or something like that then I can help you when you get on to iTunes with your iPod/iPhone plugged in it comes up with your name of your iPod/iPhone click on it then on the top is apps, songs , movies and ect ect click on movies then it should say something like are you sure you want to transfer the movies to your iPod/iPhone it will erase your privious movies , songs and replace them with the ones on iTunes click ok then it should say downloading may take a few min. No, you will not lose your account money. The money you register is related to the account, not the actual iTunes software.

You need to go into a wifi area and then it will stop waiting and start loading. Then you have the app you purchased and may delete it if you want.

If you do not have a copy of iTunes software installed install a copy of Itunes software. Assuming the music on the laptop is in mp3 format drag the music files in to the iTunes music library. You can also add tracks from CDs you may own and iTunes can convert them to the mp3 format.

Connect the iPod to the laptop's USB socket and iTunes will recognise it. You can then manage the music you want added to your iPod - iTunes can pick a random selection for you or you can set up your own playlist of tracks you particularly want to hear.
