An average 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with kitchen, living room, dining room and hallway with the bathrooms, kitchen, doors & door jambs to be painted in one color of semi-gloss enamel and all the remaining walls, closets and ceilings to be painted in one color of flat wall paint will run you around $1,500. Larger home may cost more, and smaller homes will run less. Of course there are many variable that cant all be listed here, like crown molding and baseboards. Those kinds of things will add to the cost. Best thing for you to do is log on to Craigslist and have 3 different painters come out and give you a bid.
