My wiper blades have stopped working and the window washer isn't spraying out.

"It does not mean anything. A friend of mine at the dealer told me that it is the type of dashboard installed and lights up when light bleeds through the dash form some other source. It troubled me for a long time until my friend told me it was harmless. It is just a quirk of design."

CAUTION: When removing the radiator or A/C condenser for any reason, note the location of all radiator-to-body and radiator-to-A/C condenser rubber air seals (Air Seals - Typical). These are used at the top, bottom and sides of the radiator and A/C condenser. To prevent overheating, these seals must be installed to their original positions.

Disconnect the negative battery cable at battery.

Drain coolant from radiator (Refer to 7 - COOLING - STANDARD PROCEDURE) .

Remove the front grill (Refer to 23 - BODY/EXTERIOR/GRILLE - REMOVAL).

Remove the cooling fan from the engine, if equipped.

Remove the two radiator mounting bolts.

Disconnect both transmission cooler lines from radiator.

Disconnect the connector for the electric fan.

Disconnect the power steering cooler line from cooler.

Disconnect the radiator upper and lower hoses.

Disconnect the overflow hose from radiator.

The lower part of radiator is equipped with two alignment dowel pins (Radiator Alignment Dowels - Typical). They are located on the bottom of radiator tank and fit into rubber grommets. These rubber grommets are pressed into the radiator lower crossmember.

WARNING: THE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM (IF EQUIPPED) IS UNDER A CONSTANT PRESSURE EVEN WITH THE ENGINE OFF. REFER TO REFRIGERANT WARNINGS IN, HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING BEFORE HANDLING ANY AIR CONDITIONING COMPONENT.

NOTE: The radiator and radiator cooling fan can be removed as an assembly. It is not necessary to remove the cooling fan before removing or installing the radiator.

Gently lift up and remove radiator from vehicle. Be careful not to scrape the radiator fins against any other component. Also be careful not to disturb the air conditioning condenser (if equipped).

they take five quarts usually for more accurate information check ur owners manual. or call the jeep dealer. If that doesnt work for you, add 4.5 quarts start the engine turn it off after a few seconds and check the dipstick. if its not to the full line, add accordingly usually a little bit at a time.

Low tire pressure, engine needs a tune up, excessive idle time, aggressive driving, etc.

You are pretty much guaranteed 150,000 miles out of any car these days. However it depends greatly on the quality of maintenance the vehicle receives over the course of it's life.

Remove rear tires--19mm or 3/4" socket for tires. Remove caliper with the 2 bolts on the back of caliper--I believe 13mm bolts. Take a screwdriver and lightly pry between the edge of the rotor and the steel part of the pad---the pad only need to move 1/8 or so to clear any rust ridge on the outer edge of the rotor. remove caliper and remove rotor---note: you might need to take a hammer and hit the rotor to remove---rust build up. Then reassemble and enjoy the fact you just saved some money!!

First of all, the oil filter is located at the front of the engine on the drivers side under the engine block. It was quite difficult to locate but you should see it if you shine a flashlight under the power steering fluid container (located to the left of the battery).

Now to access it, you'll have to do this blind. I found it easiest to lay on the ground in front of the two front tires with my head at the passenger-side and my feet sticking out on the driver's side. Stick your arm through the 5-6 inch gap (under the fan and over a small pipe that runs over the skid plate; it's the only gap) to locate the filter.

As mentioned earlier, I had to screw the filter in blindly so you'll have to remember (by touch) the precise location in relation to surrounding wires, hoses, etc...(it's actually easier than you think). I then got a ziploc bag and put it over the old filter before I unscrewed it to catch the small amount of oil that came out. I then screwed on the new filter and that was it. I didn't need a filter wrench.

Once you do it it'll be a piece of cake the next time. Hope this helps.

It is on the passenger side rear of the transmission case.

Since there are over 22 different wiper arm attachments, do not buy wipers just by length only - be sure to lookup exact wiper blade part numbers by vehicle make, model and year for the brand wiper you decide to purchase. This ensures correct length AND correct attachment.

The engine computer has lost communication with the gateway computer. The gateway computer is the "operator" that controls all communication between the computers on the vehicle.

You could try re booting the car compter. To do this disconnect both battery leads then rub both ends together for a couple of seconds. This will clear the computer memory. reconnect your b attery carefully. Then you will need to reset your overhead console details back to your preferences. If this does not work you will have to plug in a diagnostic meter. You local garage should have one.This will tell you what the fault is probably a faulty engine speed sensor.

i have a 2007 liberty sport4X4 and there is a compartment down beside the lighter and in the back of that hole there is one Phillips screw that you need to remove. After removing the screww you can just grab the whole plastic piece and it should snap out, it also contains the A/C components and it just popped off. Then there are (4) Phillips screws holding the radio in the dash. That's it. One of the simplest dashes to take the radio out of.

press "eject" on the radio/cd panel. If the disc still won't eject, let it sit there for a few hours, and come back and try again. It should come out.

5qts will fill it up, have a 6th qt on hand for top offs

Open the back door, take the 2 screws out and just pull the lense strait back. Thers like little pegs that snap it into place. It'll seem like it will break, but it won't. Just pull it strait back and it'll just pop out!

Put your car in Neutral(N) on the gear shift (if you have a manual transmission do not put it in a gear, leave in neutral) then pull up on the 4 wheel drive gear lever. do not drive faster than 55mph in 4hi, and never faster than 15 in 4lo, also you should never put it in 4lo unless you are absolutely positively in an extreme situation.. If you do need to put into 4lo, put car in neutral and roll at about 2-3 mph then shift into 4lo, if you are not moving and you cant put into gear, DO NOT force it, you will break the cable and be stuck in 4 wheel drive. ----

Open the driver door and look on the side of the dash. You can pull out the panel and get to the fuses there. There are also some fuses under the hood, depends what you fuse you need to get to.
