Yes, just cause 2 is suitable for thirteen year olds.The blood isn't too bad,but sometimes when you pull someone behind a car, it glitches and there is A LOT of blood. Not too much cussing though,just the a- and d- word a few times. There is a lot of violence in the game. You can grapple people to stuff and pretty much blow them in half (though it doesn't show it). I myself think this game is suitable for 11 year olds but that's just my opinion. :(
