New or used? Base model or with all of the extras? New base models run in the $800 range. Laser grips and night sites will put you over $1000. Buying used does not appear to save you much money. Of course if you are asking the value of a Kimber ultra carry as a self defense weapon then the answer would be "priceless".
Yes they will especially if its an early production gun, a military stamped gun or a rare variation. There are only so many old ones in the market for the collectors to buy. I cant see any older model dropping in value unless its damaged in some way.
I've seen and heard everything from $550 to $850. This is a great pistol, by the way, and one of the best(IMHO) that SIG has ever come out with.
Out of business for over 10 years. Try a want ad, estate sale, garage sale, egunparts, pawn shop, gun show, gun shop
The value of a Kimber Pro Carry is anywhere from $800-$1000 msrp. So the used value would be somewhere in the area of $500-$800 depending on the condition.
The problem is that 22 bullets do not have enough power to push the slide back. It could be one of a few things. The part of the magazine follower the engages the slide stop could be worn. The magazine spring could be weak. Or the slide stop itself could be bad. Good luck \ You could also have an "aftermarket" recoil spring with just a wee bit too much tension so that the slide doesn't come back "far" enough to lock. Check with the previous owner to see if the spring was replaced and ask why!
American company Kimber Manufacturing creates, produces, and sells small guns such Solo and M1911 rifles and pistols.
depends on what you wish to use it for. home defense, carry gun, competition.THe Kimber Tactical II 45 acp is a great gun for everything (with a upgraded trigger for competition)
You should be to pick up a used one for a thousand dollars or less, depending on condition. Your local gun dealer would love to have you visit for an actual offer.
The current condition is a key element in the pricing of most items.
