Once you beat the game, there will be a weapon called Zero Gear in the Moogle shop for 30,000 heart points. Buy it and in mission mode, equip the zero gear with 3 ability panels and you will have a dual blade.

well in end of the world invisibles (big heartless that fly around) and angel stars (gold heartless that have feathers on their head) will drop them if defeated make sure you have lucky strike equipped to the whole team it makes it a lot seaier to find it
