If you're talking about the vending machine heartless, no. Orichalcum plus is only found from treasure chests, the big treasure chests where you throw your keyblade when you open it. But you can get Orichalcum from them, the normal ones.

You cannot get Anit-form in your drive menu without cheats. But I can give you tips on how to use Anti-form. Each time you use Valor, Wisdom, or Master form you obtain 1 Anti-point while transforming into Anti-form decreases your Anti-points by 4 and Using Final Form decreases your Anti-points by 10. There is no way to check how many Anti-points you have though. Here is a scale to show the chances of using anti-form depending on how many Anti-points you have:

Square Enix Wanted to remake Chain of memories for game boy so Re chain of memories is basically just Chain of memories just on PlayStation 2 hence why the ''re'' is there.
