Remove both the ink cartridges and then the print head. Carefully, wipe off the

excess ink form the print head and return it to the printer. Reload inks and follow

the instructions on installing a new print head. It worked for me!

Assuming the camera has a speaker built in, it sounds to me that the volume level is turned down. I would suggest playing the video and then pressing the up button a few times. It works like that on my pentax camera so I should think it is fairly similar.

If that doesn't work, then you need to go into menu /settings and find the volume control.
