yes, but you will have to boil 2 cups of water and mix as many packets to reach the darkness you want. The only bad thing is the boiling water which damages your hair because of the heat. Although, i would recommend it.

5 cups per the number of people drinking the koolaid, if its just you 5 cups should be fine if for a family of 4 I would put 20 cups of sugar you just add water at the end and you should have it perfect
