Its depends on the situation
1. If your new to the campus then the way is...
tell about your name, your highest qualification, your area of interests, and if necessary tell some points about your personal life too.
2. If your already in the campus and new to a particular classroom ...
no need to tell your name as your in the campus students now what your are and hence skip the first thing in the above start with your highest qualification followed by your area of research and interest and some points about your personal life if you think it is necessary

How does the isothermal process take place in a air compressor work?
I should say it is closer to Isothermal process when the air in a compressor is cooled in between stages (Of course for multi stage compressor).
The cooling brings the work from Adabatic process towards the isothermal process (constant temperature) which increases the efficiency.

Effectiveness of positive reinforcement in classroom?
Positive reinforcement is very effective in classrooms. If you positively reinforce students in a classroom with anything from 5 mins free time to a tangible reinforcer or even verbal priase you will see an increase in the behaviour you are reinforcing. You must make sure when reinforcing an individual with something that they really and truly want what you are offering. If you do not see a change in the individuals behaviour, they are likely not being effectively reinforced. You can do positive reinforcement methods in classrooms like a Token Economy or individual reinforcement. I would say if you are considering using positive reinforcement techniques in a classroom to do some research on Applied Behaviour Analysis. There is tons of literature on the effectiveness of positive reinforcement and tips and techniques to improve the classroom.

What is the ultimate goal of education?
Educationis the goal! The modern educational system is designed to teach students the information they will need when they graduate and live on their own - both the thinking process itself, facts and information, and skills. According to J. W. Gardener, "The ultimate goal of the education system is to shift to the individual the burden of pursuing his (her) own education". That is to say, it is the teachers role to facilitate education through various means (see Kolb D.A. et al) rather than teach at learners. Creating interest and a willingness to learn, by showing a reason to learn, are the mainstays of education
