If you find all of them you can go to where you buy characters and you see you have unlocked Han Solo.As for the other character, you have to get 10 treasure boxes through the whole first movie.then you see that you have unlocked a secret level called Young Indy.When you finish the level you go to the characters and you have unlocked young Indiana Jones. there isn't really levels in Arkham city, more of a campaign program but it will last you about 2 days till you finish the campaign, then there's the side missions the challenge maps and the New Game Plus mode, so no levels

Actually, you have to purchase the digger, then you hit the underground animals, that unlocks the ability to purchse the ice cream truck.

A better question is what to do with the truck once you have it...

There are 3 bonus missions to unlock. Here's how you unlock them: Fill the Artifact Room with artifacts by collecting all 10 Treasures in each level. First, head to Indy's Office. You'll need to find five hidden Chests and place them on the green pad in the middle of the room. * One Chest is on a shelf in the back of the room. Use a girl's vertical leap to reach it. * Find someone with a Book to translate the glyphs for another Chest. * Use Willie's scream or explosives to blow up the glass encased Chest on the right. * Use explosives to blow up the silver dishes on the left then use a character with a Shovel to retrieve the fourth chest. * Use a Thuggee character to pray in front of the statue to open a panel in the wall revealing a crawlspace. Send in a short character in to retrieve the last Chest. With all five Chests on the green pads in the middle of the room, build with the bricks and destroy the resulting object to obtain a Key. Take the Key to the Artifact Room. Pick up the Blue Jewel lying on the floor and place it on the pedestal to reveal the gears. Use the Key in the gears. Now all you have to do is start collecting Treasures from each level. If you find all 10 in a level, the completed artifact will show up in the Artifact Room.
