Hello, what the person said up there was completely right, but i just wanted to add more. So i up-graded from a pantech to the lg neon, and wow i loooove it! the lg neon has a camra with 2 mega pixles and 4 times the zoom. it has web browser and media network. the media mall has ringtones, cool tools, funny pictures, games, puzzles sports, and more! it also has a music player and usb cable. it has instant micture messaging and a qwerty key board for all you "texting needs". the productivity includes alarms, calendar and call. and my favorite thing ids the touch screen for calls and dialing! what more could u ask for? That is true but when you call, it ALWAYS freezes and you have to turn it off and turn it back on again (which takes 10 minutes) for it to work again. I have had the lg neon for 2 months already, and I am DEFINETLY ready for a new, better phone!
I've owned the phone for a couple months and overall it okay. I owend a mini blackberry before and it had many features that this phone doesnt have. For example, on the lg neon you can only record sound for 30 seconds and it doesnt come in that great but the camera is very clear. One feature that i really dont like is that when you have an in coming text it doesnt tell you who its from instead, it just says one new message. but overall the phone is pretty good the keyboard works well and the phone is generally light and small... very portable. The scroll button sometimes doesn't work but it is still a good phone!

im glad that i can help you with this, all you need to do is look on the right hand side of the phone, and there are two buttons above the mp3 button, if you press the one on the top, the volume will go up. also if you are listining to songs, you can scroll the scroll button up and the volume will go up.( this is if you have the slide version). also, did you know that if you press the mp3 button, choose a song and then press it again, you can go into other apps. it wont let you go into some things like camera and recording. i hope i have been some help to you.

Before proceeding, be sure to backup your data (all data will be lost when this process is done). Also note that there are risks when you modify any phone, no matter how small...proceed with caution! Here's the walkthrough:
- Download the factory image for the Nexus 4 from the Google Developers site (see Related Links)
- Unzip the file and put all the .img files in one folder, preferrably the same folder that has the "fastboot" file in the SDK folder.
- If you haven't done so already, download the Android SDK software (for Windows or MAC OS). The link to it is in the Related Links portion.
- Rule-of-thumb is to have the phone at least around 50% charged.
- Turn off the phone, then re-boot the phone to the recovery mode screen (long press Volume Down and Power button at the same time). Navigate to the "fastboot mode". Or, if you have custom recovery installed, then go to the fastboot mode screen. Plug the phone via USB to your computer.
- Get into the terminal window, then you would need to type commands to take you to the folder with the fastboot and factory images.
- To make sure fastboot recognizes the Nexus 4, type "fastboot devices" on the command line (" ./fastboot devices" for Mac OS, "sudo fastboot devices" for Linux). You should see a list of attached devices and a string of numbers.
- You will then need to fill out the following command lines, followed by pressing the Enter key after each line. This will delete all your data, so you've been warned. The command lines are: fastboot erase boot, fastboot erase cache, fastboot, erase memory, fastboot erase system, fastboot erase userdata
- Next, these commands will flash the factory image to your device, pressing enter after each line before moving on:
- --fastboot flash bootloader bootloader_xxxx.img (replace bootloader_xxxx.img with the actual file name)
- --fastboot reboot-bootloader
- --fastboot flash radio radio_xxxx.img (replace radio_xxxx.img with the actual file name)
- --fastboot reboot-bootloader
- --fastboot flash system system.img
- --fastboot flash userdata userdata.img
- --fastboot flash boot boot.img
- --fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
- --fastboot format cache
- --fastboot oem lock (this will re-lock your Nexus 4's bootloader. You will have to start all over again if you unlock your bootloader in the future.)
- --fastboot reboot
