Lizards

I have lizards in the tiles on my roof. Does anyone know how to get rid of them?

Snake would be one option

and also there are few birds which eat lizards and rats, and they themselves are eaten up by eagles. Unfortunately i dont remember them.

Well you hold it just below its front legs but blue tonged lizards can give a nasty bite so practise on skinks or somthing smaller then move on to the big stuff

No, Blue-Tongues have no venom or poison at all, they can only bite your dog, which will probably result in your dog killing the blue tongue. I have no idea why people think they are poisonous, but your dog will probably kill the lizard if they are together. Don't put blue tongues with dogs
