What do blue bellied lizards eat?
The "blue bellied lizard" is not a species of lizard. In fact, there are so many species of lizards with this trait that it is too vague for me to confidently answer. I will assume you mean a western United States species of tree lizard of some sort or a lizard of the genus sceloporus. Both are insectivores.

Where can you buy a Savannah monitor lizard?
I don't think you can legally own one in the US. Call US Dept of Game, Fish & Wildlife or US customs for more info.
What the...? Savannah monitors are available all over. They're the most common pet monitor I know of. Get one at a Reptile Show, Reptile rescue, or a Reptile specialty store. However, any monitor is a HUGE commitment. Do your research and plenty of it before you buy. And That doesn't mean google its care. That means BUY a book on them, go to a place where you can handle and learn about them them first hand, etc.

Three species of lizards are found in MN.
The common five-lined skink
The prairie skink
The six-lined racerunner.
Prairie skinks and six-lined racerunners are not found in the area around Braham, according to range maps.
Five-lined skinks are found throughout the State.
It is rather unlikely that you will find them within the limits of any town or city, but you may find them in a nearby nature preserve, prairie, park, or other wild area. Rice Creek SWMA would be a good place to search.
Keep in mind that these small, fast, alert lizards have excellent eyesight and hearing, and you will need to be on top of your game to ever see one.
