In 1971 it was sold to a well known family who renovated the almost new home (repainted the house white rather than keep the original lime green). The family liived there until 2007 when iit was sold to a sec builder who demolished the home and built two homes that do not have near the elegance of the original home/

My famly renovated the practically new home built by local Sarasota develeoper Harry Mathley. It was known as one of the most elegant homes in Sarasota.
