Very unfortunate that there are so many Vaults for the Soldier Job Tier, it makes it difficult.

I think the cell phone means untraceable cell phone. untraceable cell phones can be found at NY and in Moscow in Moscow it is job tier 1 chapter 1 job 2 and in ny it is enforcer tier rob an electronic store job.

The Computer Set-Up is used for other jobs.

More specifically, the Computer Setup is used at the Underboss level (levels 60-99) for the "Embezzle Funds Through a Phony Company" and "Take Over an Identity Theft Ring" jobs. You will ultimately need 263 of these to completely master the Underboss level.

The computer setup is one of three loot items that are dropped from the "Rob an Electronics Store" job at the Enforcer level. The other two items are an Untraceable Cell Phone and the Concealable Camera.

You will have to do the "Rob an Electronics Store" about 400 times to receive all of the loot items you will need at higher levels in the game. This will cost you a total of about 8800 energy (22 x 400), so just get ready to camp out at the Enforcer level doing the "Rob an Electronics Store" job for a while.

You also get these a loot drops during Fights. They can be found as secret stashes published by other players (found by them for doing jobs) and as part of Bonus loot stashes found during fights.

A fire bomb is a thin-skinned container of fuel gel designed for use against dug-in troops, supply installations, wooden structures, and land convoys. Fire bombs rupture upon impact and spread burning fuel gel on surrounding objects. One or more igniters and fuzes are used to ignite the fuel gel mixture upon impact. Fire bombs are used primarily for low level attacks. The Mk 77 Mod 4 fire bomb holds approximately 75 gallons of fuel gel mixture and weighs approximately 500 pounds when filled. The container is cigar-shaped, non-stabilized (will tumble end over end when released from the aircraft), lightweight, and is made of aluminum. It has a 14-inch suspension between the lugs and provides two filler holes, which are 31 degrees down from the top of the container. The filler holes are covered by filler caps, which are secured by retainer rings. The filler caps prevent foreign objects from getting inside the container during shipping and storage, and provides a sealed closure after the container is filled with fuel gel before fuzing. Fuel Gel Mixture Fire bomb fuel gel mixture, formerly called napalm, is a mixture of fuel and gelling solution that produces a thickened mixture. The gel should be stringy and sticky and readily adhere to most surfaces. The fuel gelling system consists of a fuel gelling unit, drums of gelling solution, aviation gas, mogas, JP-4, or JP-5 fuels.

You can not just "regenerate energy faster" unless you are the mongol class in mafia wars.

The only way to get energy faster, aside from using rewards points which is a waste, (you should save for much better things) the only way to get energy is to either level up (gain exp through either fighting more, or as a total catch-22, doing more jobs) the other way, is to get an energy pack. The way you can get an energy pack is either through helping other members in your mafia family on either jobs or gifting, or by sending them energy packs (found on your "my mafia" page) as the icon with the little lightning bolt, and hope they give you one back. Though you should know, that you can only use one a day.

To find an untraceable cell phone, do the "Rob an Electronics Store" job at the Enforcer tier in New York. there you will have a chance to loot randomly either of these 3 items: untraceable cell phone, concealable camera and computer set-up.

You can also find an untraceable cell phone in Moscow, Episode 1, Baklany. Do the "Arrange a Drug Shipment for the Mafiya" job. You will have a chance to loot only the untraceable cell phone.
