- Get vitamin E lotion or some soothing lotion and rub gently into your hand and nails. This will not only strengthen them, this will make them soft.
- When the lotion is dry, take your nail polish and paint away.
- Do not pick, bite, and/or pull at your nails. This will ruin the masterpiece you have just started.
- Remove the nail polish, after about a week and see the difference this has made!

-A lip balm container. pot or stick doesn't matter
-Bees wax. you can get and 100% bees wax candle or just plane grated
-olive oil
-vitamin E (optional)
-no sugar added cool-aid for color and flavor or cocoa, vanilla, drink crystals etc.
(optional) REMEMBER NO SUGAR ADDED!!!
-microwavable bowl. doesn't need to be big
it's 1part bees wax and 2parts oil. 1:2
melt bees wax in bowl in the micro wave till melted
add olive oil and 1 drop of vitamin E oil.
mix well and add flavor and color. Mix and carefully pour hot
mix in lip balm container.
let harden for 15-20mins and tada! lip balm!!
works every time for me.
