Which is better perfume eau de or eau de parfum?
Eau de parfum -- is a type of perfume with a medium-high concentration of perfumed oils in comparison to the water or alcohol content of the solution. It is made with around 15% concentrated aromatic compounds. This means scented particles suspended in oil. Better eau de parfum has a higher ratio of ethanol to water. It is more expensive. That is because of the higher amount of aromatic compound. It also lasts a lot longer.
Eau de toilette -- is a type of perfume with a medium-low concentration of perfumed oils. It is made with around 10% concentrated aromatic compounds. It generally has more water than ethanol in it. It is less expensive because it is less concentrated. If you love to wear perfume all day, you will probably find that you need to reapply at least once. This of course, can up the overall cost.

Most liquid eyeliners are water-based and therefore, do not have a long lasting wear to them. If you prefer a liquid eyeliner, look for one that is waterproof.
My recommendation is a gel eyeliner (such as Bobbi Brown Long Wear Gel Eyeliner or MAC Fluidline.) You need a brush to apply it, but because it is a water-resistant gel-based formula, it has less of a chance of warming up to your body temperature and smudging off over the course of the day. You can find a brush that looks like a liquid liner applicator and dip it in the gel, then blot on your hand to remove excess product from the brush so you don't over-apply. They take just a few minutes to set, then once they are set they usually stay on all day (and sometimes all night!)
The other benefit to a gel eyeliner is that you can create two different looks with it. If you apply it kind of thick (like a liquid liner) and leave it alone to set, it looks just like liquid liner. However, if you smudge it before it's set, you can create a sexy, smoky eye that's very easy to smudge eyeshadow into (and it lasts all day.)

Lol that's what I read alot of other sites too...but I didnt want to spend tons of money on some gel eyeliner..so I kept searching and i found out that if you take a makeup brush and dip it in cornstarch then apply it where ever your going to put eyeliner on and after you finish putting on your eye makeup put on another layer of cornstarch!
