But just so you know, using concealer on dark cirlcles around eyes makes them look less bulgy and highlighting under your eyebrow on the bone brings the focus up a little. use darker shadows and stay away from sparkly or shimmery eye shadows. use a dark brown shadow and an angle brush to line all the way around your eye(don't use eyeliner because it looks too hash and unnatural) to make them look smaller.
