Arans can do combo when they constantly hit monsters, but the combo stops if you stop hitting a monster for about 2 seconds. Combo king comes from hitting monsters until you reach combo 200...i suggest hitting something strong from a different platform, like hitting ligators while you're lvl 21.

To start the A Mysterious Small Egg quest, Click on the light bulb on top of your head and then theres quest you can do. You should see A Mysterious Small Egg. Click on it then you started the quest. You cannot repeat this quest and the pet that you get will be alive for 5 hours.

A "virtual machine" is a piece of software that emulates a computer (well, most of it, at least) in software - ie a virtualized PC - and allows you to run any OS within another OS, such as Windows within Linux. Programs run inside the "host" or target OS will not be aware they are in an emulator and run as if on a normal PC. Emulating an entire PC requires a fair bit of computing power and RAM though, and users with less-than-optimal CPU power or RAM will experience a lesser optimized experience. You don't really change 'jobs' but you rank up in that job type (Job Advancements). Ex: 1st is Magician, 2nd at level 30 is Fire/Poison Wizard, Ice/Lightning Wizard, or Cleric, 3rd at Level 70 you rank up from the type you chose at level 30. Ex: Cleric at level 30-70, 70-120 you become a Priest. From 120 (4th job) and up, you are a Bishop. To do Job Advancements, you need to do specific quests or tasks at level 30 (Victoria Island in the town your job is at), 70 (El Nath) and 120 (Leafre).

You'll have to have a skill that can summon a monster. Note that the monster is not like those you kill, but will help you kill other monsters, and cannot be hurt itself. It, of course also has a time limit. The skill is a job skill, mostly from 3rd job onwards. The new Cygnus Knights de have a summon in their 1st job, but that does not require a summoning rock and is quite weak when compared to the other summons.

There is a tab that has a smiley face, click that then click the add friend button and then type your friend's user name.

It depends on how fast your computer is and Ram. If that's not it, then you might have too many programs open. (Ctrl + Alt then Del and open a Windows Task Manager). --> Then click Process and look for any suspicious things that are open. If all else fails try not moving the mouse a lot when opening Maple story. I think its from the new Big Bang patch with all the requirements they take on your computer now.
