marijuana is basicaly the flower of the cannabis sativa/indica plant. when you dry the flower you get marijuana.

smoking can effect your family because if you have people living in your home were you smoke they can easily pick up second hand smoke. also if your friends or family pick up second hand smoke it is very easy for it to lead to lung cancer from in hailing all that smoke. did you know that Each year, over 430,000 people die as a result of a smoking related disease.

I don't know if it is bad, but if you extracted the weed into butter, you are supposed to cook with it, not smoke it. Make some brownies or something..get creative! You will get high off the food!

Everyone's high is different depending on what strand of weed you smoke and how much of it. For me, I feel like everything is swaying slowly back and forth. Everything looks more vibrant and colorful. Depending on how high I am, I feel tingly and warm. If you are really stoned you may hallucinate, which is funn. You don't worry about anything because it makes your world perfect. Also, I always feel like I'm looking at a movie screen so I tend to space out and "watch the movie" and not realize that I should be interacting with the people I'm with. People say you will get the munchies and be extremely hungry but I never do. I think it's because all my pain is gone so I don't feel hunger cramps. A weird thing that happens to me is, because i barely feel pain, I don't realize that I need to blink and my eyes are burning so my eyes get even more red because i forget to blink. Hahaha. Once you get high more than five times, you can start to see patterns of unique things that happen to you every time you're high. Everyone has weird little things. You should try it, you'll love it (:

In no way is cannabis considered a barbiturate. It is a psychotropic, merely a mood enhancer, which is felt by the receptors in the cells that are binding with the Delta-9-THC. Barbiturates, on the other hand, are central nervous system depressants, and cause effects of sedation and/or anesthesia (in larger quantity). Taking Cannabis does not suppress the central nervous system, merely it causes a state of relaxation that is felt mentally first, then physically second. Barbiturates are more similar in effect to ethanol (consumable alcohol) and bares no relation with Cannabis, which does not metabolize at the same rate as a barbiturate, nor do they share similar effects of addiction, as Barbiturates are an addiction that can kill human beings even after surviving an overdose or heading to the withdrawal phase. Cannabis has never, in the history of western medical science, caused an overdose that resulted in death.

Tetrahydrocannibinol or is found in the trichomes of Marijuana plants. Trichomes ( what some people call the crystals" are very small "stalks" that etrude from glands on the plant, located almost everywhere on the plant, but most comonly found on the Cola or "buds". Lesser dense amounts of thrichome are also found on (in order or density) small leaves near the "buds", large fan leaves (the seven pointed leaves commonly associated with marijuana) and even the stems.

If you are talking about where in the human body is tetrahydrocannibinol found, then the answer is for the most part fat cells. Tetrahydrocannibinol is lipid soluable basically meaning it is stored in fat cells. It can also be found attached to CB1 and CB2 cannibinoid receptors within the Brain and Central Nervous System, Liver and Immune System.

Personally, I have no objection to gay marriage. My concern is that more and more gay men get STDs. It seems that gay men is easier to get an STD and they even don't know when they have it.

depends on where you live. Most states will arrest you for any amount by law (although many cops will just take it away for small amounts) and other states have decriminalized it so you dont get arrested for amounts under 1 oz, but they still take it away.

It certainly can if you are present when marijuana is smoked, just as you get second-hand smoke if people smoke tobacco in the same room as you. You won't get very much, unless you live amongst lots of pot users; even then you probably won't get enough to fail a drug test.
