Most of them you unlock from playing certain courses or races.

I think Dry Bones with the blue kart, but you have to unlock him, as well as the kart.

I think Luigi because he has medium weight (not too heavy but not very light) and very fast with Mario's first kart.

In my opinion, I think the best person to use is Luigi or Yoshi. If you drive Yoshi's Cucumber (when you unlock it), it's the fastest car in the game.

To put things in a nutshell, it's all up to taste, as there is no way every person will agree what's the best character/kart combo. However, I do see Dry Bones/Egg 1 being a popular choice due to it's great snaking abilities.

1 Download Gecko OS app for Homebrew.

2 Download Code Manager for PC

3 Use your favorite search engine to find codes, and the game ID ( MarioKart is RMCE01)

4 Using Code Manager, create a new TXT file, and input the codes.

6 Click export to GCT

7 Place the Gecko OS app in the app folder on the root of your SD card (make this folder if it's not already there)

8 Turn on your Wii and insert the SD card.

9 Run the Homebrew Channel and choose Gecko OS.

10 Choose Run Game

It should say that it is loading SD codes after a moment. If it doesn't, you probably did something wrong. Test codes offline first (unless they only work online) remember that not all codes work online. (most of them work for mariokart)

Yes there is lots cheats for Mario kart wii it's a channel on your wii menu called The Home brew channel. You will have to transfer it from your laptop to your wii. Its like an action replay only for the wii!!!

Not sure exactly what you mean here, but it might be that you want to find you friend code on Mario Kart Wii. Here's how:

From the main menu, choose Nintendo WFC. Then choose Friends. Then it will display your user name and me at the bottom of the screen along with a 12 digit number separated by two dashes. This is your friend code.

1.) Mid way through, you'll see a ramp leading

into a hole. Go up the ramp, and turbo up with

a star or mushroom, and ride through, and you'll

come out of the waterfall on the other side of the

course.

2.) Don't use the big ramp at the end! All it has

is an item, and if you mess up you'll be in serious

trouble.

Kalimari Desert:

1.) Using a star or super mushroom, go onto the

railroad track and through the tunnel for a shortcut.

If you are not using a star, be sure to stay on

the side when in the tunnel so you don't get run over.

Frappe Snowland:

1.) When you get to the area of little snowmen,

take the path through the second row of guys,

and you'll ride directly through without having

to turn and spin around.

Mario Raceway:

1.) Drive along the wall until you come to the

last turn before the big turn with the mushroom.

Drive up the hill, drive down, use mushrooms as

you hit the road, then turn a little to the right,

and jump over the wall.

Wario Raceway:

1.) Use the bumps and hills to hop over walls to

take you to various places farther in the course.

DK's Jungle Parkway

1.) When you hop over the water, don't steer over

so you're farther when you land. If you go straight

and land right in the circle, you'll have plenty of

room to make a nice turn while the person that went

ahead is in the water or struggling to turn off the

grass.

2.) After the bridge at the end, go into the

tunnel, and stay a bit off the path to the left.

By the end, you'll hit a hill and bounce up a bit.

Yoshi Valley

1.) Get onto the mountain and go left, then

right onto the bridge and off the hill, then left.

Then follow the path to the end.

Rainbow Road

1.) At the beginning on the huge hill, use a mushroom

and jump right off the hill. While in the air, hold

down the brakes, and you'll land halfway through

the course without bouncing off.

Fireballs(Mario/Luigi), Heart(Princess Peach/Princess Daisy), Yoshi's Egg/Birdo's Egg(Yoshi/Birdo), Chain Chomp(Baby Mario/Baby Luigi),Bob-omb(Wario/Waluigi), Bowser's Shell(Bowser/Bowser Jr.), Giant Banana(Donkey Kong/Diddy Kong), Triple Shells(Koopa/Paratroopa) Golden Mushroom(Toad and Toadette), Petey Piranha and King Boo have the ability to obtain any special item.

not on all of the courses. on maple treeway after the start veer to the right and there is a shortcut that should put you in the lead if you have a good start. the begining part is a little slow but then there are some boosts and you will go right into the cannon. (veer to left in mirror mode) in koopa cape if you have a boost item you can go in between the big red shell on grass and you will pass people.

There are many ways of escaping a Blue shell but mostly all of them are tricky:

1) If you have another player near you quickly brake and let the other person pass you then the blue shell will change target and attach the others... [Many players on Wi-Fi do this, but if the person in 2nd place brakes too you might be better off just going.]

2) use either a star or the bullet bill [or a Boo] if you are lucky enough to find one for example some times you get a star at first place from the item box on the snowy hill at DK Pass.

3) when you have one mushroom wait until the blue shell is about to hit you then in the right time use the mushroom and escape the blast... (this is possible as i tried it allot of times before)

4) depending on where you are some time you can smash your self against a wall and it will explode my it's self (i only seen this one happen)

5) If you're approaching a sharp turn, drift into it, set your tires on fire, then right when it's about to hit, release the R Button and quickly press it again and it might miss you. I recommend you look on YouTube for this. It can only be easily done on 150cc.

6) Fall off the track just before it hits. (This will make the shell miss, but don't do it.)

If you have a Spiny Shell in 1st place, DO NOT THROW IT! (Unless you want to get blown up.)
